High Pressure Fittings and Adapters
NPT Connections
- NPT (National Pipe Taper) fittings are available in working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar). However, working pressures may be decreased depending upon thread size.
- Fittings and tubing are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel. All NPT fittings & adapters are available in special material upon request.

Medium Pressure Connections
- Medium Pressure fittings seal with a 60 degree Coned and Threaded Connection. Medium Pressure Fittings are rated for working pressures up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). Medium Pressure Fittings and Tubing are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel.
- All Medium Pressure fittings & adapters are available in special material upon request.
- Available sizes are 1/4”, 3/8”, 9/16” and 1”

High Pressure Connections

- BSP (British Straight Pipe) have a straight thread cone seal and are rated for working pressures up to 30,000 psi (2068 bar). These fittings may also have an external cone. BSP fittings are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel.

JIC Connections
- JIC adapters seal with a 37 degree cone seal and are rated for working pressures up to 15,000 psi (689 bar). JIC fittings are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel.
- All JIC fittings and adapters are available in special material upon request.

Type M Connections
- Type “M” adapters are for use with Type “M” swivel hose end fittings. These adapters seal with a 58 degree cone and are rated for working pressure up to 50,000 psi (3447 bar). Type M fittings are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel.
- All Type M fittings and adapters are available in special material upon request.
- Available STOCK Sizes are 9/16”, 3/4”, 7/8″, 1”, 1-1/8” and 1-5/16”
